Guerilla testing
The British Museum had recently undergone a brand refresh and required a new site. The pre-existing site inadequately served museum visitors' needs and solely focused on museum objects. The new site needed to reflect the human experience of exploring the impressively curated halls and galleries.

Extensive brand direction workshops and internal stakeholder engagement shaped the beginning of the project. New photography was scoped and conducted in tandem with the new digital brand and UI so they would work complimentary.
We completed multiple rounds of iterative guerilla testing to refine our final complex UI solutions.
